Is this for me?

Yes if you run a forwarder with 1 to 10 people and still sell yourself, you are strong on one or two lanes and want more of the same cargo, or you already work a port or two and want the importers using them. No if you want the raw records to run your own analysis (buy the data source directly) or you sell to Fortune 500 shippers with formal tenders.

Where does the data come from?

We source data from official US import records (Bill of Lading data), which is public information. Every entry is cross-referenced and enriched with company and contact information.

How many leads will I get per month?

It depends on your HS code and country filters. Narrower filters produce smaller but higher-quality lists. Broader filters can return hundreds of companies. Send us your route and we'll give you an estimate before you subscribe.

Can I change my filters after subscribing?

Yes. You can update your HS codes and origin countries at any time. Changes take effect on the next monthly delivery.

How does cancellation work?

Cancel anytime by emailing us (Exclusive has a three-month minimum). You'll keep access until the end of your billing period. No questions, no retention flows.

What format is the data delivered in?

You'll receive a clean CSV and/or Excel file by email every month, ready to import into your CRM.

How is this different from buying ImportYeti, Panjiva or ImportGenius myself?

Those platforms give you the raw records: a search box and an export. Roughly a third of the consignees you get back are forwarders and NVOCCs, and many more are shell companies or trading fronts with no one to call. We do the cleaning, find the decision-maker and send you the finished list every month, so your hours go into selling instead of research.

Which routes work best?

Routes with a clear commodity and steady volume: furniture from Vietnam, coffee from Colombia, auto parts from China, building materials from India. Very broad products (“machinery”) return too many names; very narrow ones into a single small port may return only a handful. Tell us your route and we will say honestly whether it is worth $490.
