Logistics software integrations
F5 connects forwarding software, TMS and WMS platforms to HubSpot and Salesforce, so quotes, shipments and revenue show up next to the deals that produced them. Pick your platform to see how it connects, which records sync and what your sales and marketing teams get.
Quick answer
Can your TMS or forwarding software sync with HubSpot or Salesforce?
Yes. CargoWise, Magaya, Descartes, McLeod, Turvo, Rose Rocket and the main WMS platforms all expose an API, web service or XML adapter, and HubSpot and Salesforce accept that data through their own APIs. Magaya also sells Magaya Connect, an iPaaS. Few of these pairs have an official connector, so most teams need a custom integration that maps customers, quotes, shipments and invoices into the CRM.

Integration matrix
Which logistics platforms connect to HubSpot and Salesforce?
Every row is a platform page with the technical detail. Built by F5: running in production for a client. Custom API build: we build it on the vendor's API. Connector: an off-the-shelf option exists; we set it up or replace it when it falls short. Native: the TMS runs inside the CRM.

Why a marketing agency builds integrations
Integration vendors move data between systems. We build the integration to answer commercial questions: which campaign produced this shipper, which account is shipping less, which quote needs a follow-up today.
Lead to revenue, in one record
The form fill, the quote, the booking and the invoice sit on the same CRM account, so marketing reports revenue by channel, not leads.
One team for data and growth
The people who map your integration also run your SEO and outbound, so the data gets used the week it arrives.
FAQ
Logistics CRM integration FAQ
What do you need to connect a TMS to a CRM?
+
What do you need to connect a TMS to a CRM?
+You need the TMS interface your account licenses, CRM API access and a mapping. You connect the TMS interface (an API, web service or XML adapter) to the CRM API through a small integration service that maps each record, such as customer, quote, shipment and invoice, decides which system owns each field, and syncs on events or a schedule. The hard part is the mapping and the error handling, not the connection.
Which logistics platforms connect to HubSpot and Salesforce?
+
Which logistics platforms connect to HubSpot and Salesforce?
+Almost all of them can, but few have an official connector. CargoWise, Magaya, Descartes, McLeod, Turvo and most WMS platforms expose an API or adapter, and the CRM side is built on HubSpot or Salesforce APIs. Revenova runs inside Salesforce, so the CRM data is already there.
What data should flow from the TMS into the CRM?
+
What data should flow from the TMS into the CRM?
+The records that change a sales decision: customer organizations and contacts, quotes and their status, bookings or shipments with lane, mode and value, milestones that signal a problem, and invoiced revenue per account. Operational detail such as every container event usually stays in the TMS.
Do you need middleware to connect logistics software to a CRM?
+
Do you need middleware to connect logistics software to a CRM?
+Not always. Off-the-shelf connectors and tools such as Zapier cover simple, one-way cases. Two-way syncs with deduplication, custom objects and milestone events usually need a dedicated integration service, which F5 builds, hosts and monitors. See our logistics software integration service.
Can marketing see which campaigns produced shipments?
+
Can marketing see which campaigns produced shipments?
+Yes, once invoiced shipments land on the CRM account that came from a tracked form. F5 ties the first touch (page, campaign, source) to the quote, the booking and the revenue, so reports show revenue by channel instead of form fills. Read our guide to logistics marketing KPIs.
