Magaya Integration
Magaya runs your quotes, warehouse receipts and invoices. F5 connects it to HubSpot or Salesforce so every shipment is visible to sales and every booking is traced to the campaign behind it.
Quick answer
How do you integrate Magaya with HubSpot or Salesforce?
You integrate Magaya with HubSpot or Salesforce through the Magaya Supply Chain API, a web service in the Communication Suite that exchanges XML transactions. It needs an employee user with API access and works on-premise or in the cloud. A separate REST Rate Management API covers rates. Magaya also sells Magaya Connect, an iPaaS built after it acquired Omniboom in 2024; when its connectors do not cover the CRM records you need, a custom layer maps the data.

How do the Supply Chain API, Rate Management API and Magaya Connect differ?
Magaya offers two API families, plus a customer portal. Which one you use depends on the data you need in the CRM.
-
Magaya Supply Chain API
A web service in the Communication Suite. Transactions are XML, and the methods are documented in IDL syntax. It requires an employee user with API access.
-
On-premise or cloud
The API works in both deployments. On-premise installs need network access to the Communication Suite from the integration layer.
-
Rate Management API
A separate REST API for rates, secured with Basic auth. It is useful when the CRM or website needs to show or quote rates.
-
Digital Freight Portal
The Digital Freight Portal replaces LiveTrack for customer tracking. Magaya also has its own Magaya CRM, which some teams outgrow.
-
Magaya Connect
Magaya Connect is the integration platform (iPaaS) Magaya offers since acquiring Omniboom in September 2024, with connectors for e-commerce, ERP and CRM systems. Check which connectors and records your plan covers before scoping a custom build.

What sales and marketing get
How do Magaya users turn shipments into pipeline?
-
Campaign to shipment attribution
Connect the landing page and campaign behind a lead to the first Magaya shipment and invoice that follow.
-
Dormant customer alerts
Flag customers with no new shipment in a set window, and give the rep the last lane and the last invoice.
-
Rep account view
Show open quotes, recent shipments and balances on the company record, so calls start informed.
-
Move off a bolt-on CRM
Teams that outgrow the Magaya CRM keep Magaya as the system of record and run sales in a full CRM.

How Magaya integration projects run
- Step 1
Map the data
We list the Magaya records your sales and marketing teams need, agree the field mapping and decide which system owns each field.
- Step 2
Connect and test
We build the connection on the Magaya interface your account licenses, with retries, logging and a test run on real records before go-live.
- Step 3
Turn data into pipeline
Dashboards, workflows and alerts in the CRM, so reps see shipments next to deals and marketing sees which campaigns produced revenue.
- Step 4
Monitor and extend
Error alerts, schema changes and new objects as you grow, with one team accountable for the integration and the marketing that uses it.
